  • Meet in Shinjuku at 7:20pm
  • Get on the bus
  • Have a relaxing drink, chat with other participants, and get excited

  • Arrive in Madarao Kogen around 0:30am
  • Check-in your room/sleep
* Saturday
  • Breakfast at 7:30am
  • Get the gear on
  • Short walk to the slopes (8mins)
  • Skiing/snowboarding at Madarao & Tangram until 4:30pm
  • Apres-ski drinks at the lodge
  • Visit one of the local onsens nearby (optional)
  • Dinner at one of the restaurants in town (not provided)
  • Group drinks at one of the local bars

  • Breakfast at 7:30am
  • Get the gear on

  • Breakfast at 7:30am
  • Check-out of your room
  • Skiing/snowboarding at Madarao/Tangram or Nozawa until 3pm
  • Visit one of the local onsens nearby (optional)
  • Change clothes, pack and get ready
  • Get on the bus at 3:45pm
  • Short stop in Nozawa to pickup some people who joined the Nozawa day trip
  • Short stops for food/snacks on the way
  • Arrive back in Shinjuku around 9:30pm

  • Itinerary may vary depending on weather, traffic, and other unavoidable circumstances.
  • Monday Nozawa Onsen Day Trip — departure from the hotel at 9:00 a.m. and departure from the resort at 4:30 p.m. Please note that you must pack and load all of your belongings onto the bus, as you will not return to Madarao if you join this day trip.
  • Rooms will be allocated according to your preference.
  • Minimum 4 and maximum 5 persons per room.
  • Male-only and female-only rooms available.
  • Groups of 4 or more friends can have their own room.
  • Private rooms for 2–3 persons are available for an extra fee (first come, first served).
  • Lunch and dinner are not included but can be purchased at the ski resort.
  • Complimentary ski/snowboard lesson is available on Saturday from 9:30am to 12:00pm.
  • If you choose the beginner’s discount, a lift pass is not included.
  • You don’t need a lift pass for the free lesson. However, if you progress quickly and want to ride the chairlifts, you can buy a “ride ticket” (approx. ¥700 per ride).
  • On average, beginners ride the lift 4–5 times over the weekend, while some may not need it at all.
  • Soap, shampoo, and rinse are provided in the bath (ofuro).
  • Towels available for rent at the lodge (¥500).
  • Gear can be sent in advance via delivery service (takkyubin); lodge address available upon request.
  • Rooms must be vacated by 10:00am on Sunday. Belongings can be stored in the luggage room for the rest of the day.
  • A confirmation email with final information will be sent to all participants two days before the event.
