* Fri (Jan 6)
- Meet in Shinjuku at 7:20pm
- Get on the bus
- Have a relaxing drink, chat with other participants and get excited
- Short stop for food/snacks on the way
- Arrive in Hakuba around 0:30am
- Check-in your room
- Go straight to sleep (or have a drink at the lobby)
* Sat (Jan 7)
- Breakfast at 7:30am
- Get the gear on
- Ski/snowboarding at Happo until 4:30pm
- Enjoy the hot shower/bath or visit the nearby local onsen
- Relax at the lodge/nap/have some drinks
- Dinner at 6pm
- Group drinks at one of the local bars

- Breakfast at 7:30am
- Get the gear on
- Ski/snowboarding at Hakubagoryu & 47 until 4:30pm
- Enjoy the hot shower/bath or visit the nearby local onsen

- Dinner at one of the restaurants in town (not provided)

- Breakfast at 7:30am

- Check-out of your room
- Ski/snowboarding at Hakuba Cortina or Happo until 3pm
- Enjoy the hot shower/bath or visit the nearby local onsen
- Change clothes, pack and get ready
- Get on the bus at 4pm
- Short stops for food/snacks on the way
- Arrive back in Shinjuku around 8:45pm

- Itinerary may vary due to the weather, traffic conditions and other unavoidable circumstances.
- The hotel we’re staying is a nice and clean Japanese style family owned hotel with tatami rooms and toilet in each room.
- Rooms will be allocated to your preference.
- Minimum and maximum of 4 persons per room.
- Male/Female only rooms are available.
- Group of (4) friends can have their own room.
- Private room for 2 persons and 3 persons available for an extra fee (first-come/first-served basis).
- Lunch and dinner not provided but available at the ski resort.
- Free ski/snowboarding lesson is on Saturday (Jan 7) from 9:30am until 12pm.
- Lift pass will not be provided if you avail the beginners discount.
- You don’t need a lift pass to join our free ski/snowboarding lessons. However, if you’re a fast learner and would want to ride the chairlifts, you can buy a “ride ticket” which costs around 500yen per ride. On average, beginners only take the chairlifts 4-5 times the entire weekend. Some beginners, not at all!
- We will try to accommodate all dietary requirements. However, we are unable to guarantee the hotel/lodge can cater for every meal.
- Soap, shampoo and rinse are provided in the bath (ofuro).
- Towels available for rent at the lodge for 200yen.
- You can send your gear by delivery service (takkyubin) to the lodge. Address will be provided upon request
- You must check out of your room before 10am on Monday (Jan 9), and put your belongings in the luggage room before going somewhere.
- Final details will be sent to the participants by email two days before the event.
