KUGENUMA BEACH VOLLEYBALL EVENT
Join our popular monthly beach event!
Refresh, swim, get some sun tan and play some beach volleyball until sunset.
- Meet the group on the beach near the Peace Statue around 1pm
- Change into your beach attire
- Swim/sunbath/mingle/beach volleyball (1pm-6)
- Clean the beach/pack up your stuff/take care of own garbage
- Go out for dinner/drinks with your new friends (optional)
- Participation fee
- Beach volleyballs

- Meal/drinks/transportation allowance of the organizers
- 50+ beach and volleyball loving folks
- Participation fee is ¥500 even if you’re not planning to play volleyball.
- Look for a group of mostly foreigners hanging out by the blue sheets on the beach, on the left-hand side of the volleyball courts (if you’re facing the sea), near the Peace Statue.
- YOU MUST TAKE CARE OF YOUR OWN GARBAGE.
- Event will be canceled if the weather forecast is bad (rainy or windy) on the day.
- Buy/bring your own food and drinks.
- We cannot entertain any phone calls on the day. Just look for us on the beach. It should be very easy to find a big international group playing volleyball on the beach.
