Futsal

Tokyo Gaijins or ‘TG’ organizes pick-up futsal games regularly at some conveniently located outdoor courts with artificial turf in central Tokyo. We play 5 on 5 (including the goalie) pick-up futsal games about once or twice a week on weekends and some week nights. About 70% of our members are foreigners from all over the globe and 30% (are mostly English speaking) Japanese. An average of around 12-18 players join every session. Come play futsal with us!

HOW TO JOIN

  • Join our futsal Meetup  group.
  • Upcoming games will be posted on Meetup.
  • There’s a possibility that we may cancel, postpone or adjust the time or change the venue of the upcoming games due to unavoidable circumstances (e.g. natural calamity, availability of the person in-charge, etc.) so please make sure that you are subscribed  on Meetup to receive the games/session notifications.
  • Reserve a spot (a commitment so don’t hold a spot if you cannot make it) by clicking ‘Going’ on the Meetup event page.
  • Show up in your futsal attire  on the day.
  • Pay the participation fee to the person in-charge ON THE COURT before the game. No need to pay anything at the reception.
  • Play and have fun!

  • THIS IS NOT A BUSINESS! THIS IS PROVIDING GOOD SERVICE SO YOU WILL HAVE A CHANCE TO PLAY FUTSAL REGULARLY.
  • We discourage you from joining if you have any issue with the game fee.
  • We understand that the game fee is expensive but this is the only way we can keep the club running and motivate the good individuals involve in running the sessions and booking the courts.
