The hotel is a nice and clean Japanese style family owned hotel with tatami rooms and toilet in each room.
Rooms will be allocated to your preference.
Minimum and maximum of 4 persons per room.
Male/Female only rooms are available.
Group of (4) friends can have their own room.
Private room for 2 persons and 3 persons available for an extra fee (first-come/first-served basis).
Some restaurants and shops in the ski resorts don’t accept credit cards so please bring enough cash.
Lunch not provided but available at the ski resort.
Free ski/snowboarding lesson is on Saturday (Mar 5) from 9:30am until 12pm.
Lift pass will not be provided if you avail the beginners discount.
You don’t need a lift pass to join our free ski/snowboarding lessons. However, if you’re a fast learner and would want to ride the chairlifts, you can buy a “ride ticket” which costs around 300-350yen per ride. On average, beginners only take the chairlifts 4-5 times the entire weekend. Some beginners, not at all!
We will try to accommodate all dietary requirements. However, we are unable to guarantee the hotel/lodge can cater for every meal.
Soap, shampoo and rinse are provided in the bath (ofuro).
Please buy your own lift pass directly from the ticket counter at the ski resort if you’re not joining the Sunday Hakuba Cortina trip.
You can send your gear by delivery service (takkyubin) to the lodge. Address will be provided upon request.
You must check out of your room before 10am on Sunday (Mar 6), and leave your belongings in the lobby.
Final details will be sent to the participants by email two days before the event.
