  • Meet in Shinjuku at 7:20 p.m.
  • Board the bus and get settled in
  • Relax with a drink, chat with fellow participants, and get excited for the weekend
  • Short break for food/snacks along the way
  • Brief stop at Nozawa Onsen to drop off some guests
  • Arrive in Madarao Kogen around 12:30 a.m.
  • Check in to your room and get some rest
* Saturday
  • Breakfast at 7:30 a.m.
  • Get geared up and ready for the slopes
  • Short walk to the slopes (approximately 8 minutes)
  • Ski or snowboard until 4:30 p.m.
  • Relax in the lodge’s artificial onsen
  • Enjoy a drink or two in the lobby
  • Dinner at one of the restaurants in town (not included)
  • Bar hopping — there are plenty of bars around the lodge
* Sunday
  • Breakfast at 7:30 a.m.
  • Check out of your room
  • Store your luggage in the luggage room
  • Ski or snowboard until 3:00 p.m.
  • Relax in the lodge’s artificial onsen
  • Change clothes, pack up, and get ready for departure
  • Board the bus at 3:45 p.m.
  • Brief stop at Nozawa Onsen to pick up some guests
  • Short stops for food/snacks along the way
  • Arrive back in Shinjuku around 9:15 p.m.

  • Itinerary may vary depending on weather, traffic, and other unavoidable circumstances.
  • Participants must have their own health, travel, accident, and social insurance to join this tour.
  • Rooms will be allocated according to your preference, subject to availability.
  • There will be a minimum of 4 and a maximum of 5 people per room.
  • Male-only and female-only rooms are available.
  • Groups of 4 or more friends can have their own room.
  • Private rooms for 2–3 people are available for an additional fee (first come, first served).
  • Lunch and dinner are not included but can be purchased at the ski resort.
  • A complimentary ski/snowboard lesson is available on Saturday from 9:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
  • If you choose the beginner discount, a lift pass is not included.
  • You do not need a lift pass for the free beginner lesson. However, if you progress quickly and want to ride the chairlifts, you can purchase a “ride ticket” (approximately ¥700 per ride).
  • On average, beginners ride the lifts 4–5 times over the weekend, while some may not need to use them at all.
  • Soap, shampoo, and conditioner are provided in the bath (ofuro).
  • Towels are available to rent at the lodge (¥500).
  • Gear can be sent in advance via delivery service (takkyubin). The lodge address is available upon request.
  • Rooms must be vacated by 10:00 a.m. on Sunday. Belongings can be stored in the luggage room for the rest of the day.
  • A confirmation email with final information will be sent to all participants two days before the event.
