* Friday (Dec 20)
- Meet the group in Shinjuku at 7:20pm
- Get on the bus
- Have a relaxing drink, chat with other members and get excited
- Short stops for food/snacks on the way
- Arrive in Nozawa Onsen around 0:20am
- Check-in at the lodge
* Saturday (Dec 21)
- Breakfast at 7:30am
- Get the gear on
- Ski/snowboarding (8:30am-4pm)
- Apres-ski drink at the Craft Room from 3pm
- Visit one of the free or paid local onsens
- Have dinner (not provided)
- Apres-ski drinks from 8pm at one of the local bars
* Sunday (Dec 22)
- Breakfast at 7:30am
- Get the gear on
- Ski/snowboarding (8:30am-3pm)
- Visit one of the free or paid local onsens
- Change clothes/get ready
- Get on the bus at 4pm
- Short stops for food/snacks on the way
- Arrive back in Shinjuku around 8:45pm

- Itinerary may vary due to the weather, traffic conditions and other unavoidable circumstances.
- The lodge we’re staying at is very well located, only 2 mins walk from/to Nagasaka gondola. Rooms are basic (futons, blankets and heater) but good enough if you want convenience and more ski/snowboard time. The lodge/hotel room rate around Nagasaka gondola area costs about ¥12,000-¥15,000/person/night. Our lodge is very cheap for that area but the catch is, its old and not well maintained.
- We highly recommend paying for a hotel ‘shared room’ upgrade (¥6,000 for 2 nights) if you want to stay in a nicer and cleaner accommodation.
- Rooms will be allocated to your preference.
- Minimum/maximum of 4 persons for shared rooms.
- Male/Female only rooms are available.
- Group of (4) friends can have their own room.
- Lunch and dinner are not provided but available at the ski resort.
- Free ski/snowboarding lesson is on Saturday (Dec 23) from 9:30am until 12pm.
- Lift pass will not be provided if you avail the beginners discount.
- You don’t need a lift pass to join our free ski/snowboarding lessons. However, if you’re a fast learner and would want to ride the chairlifts, you can buy a “ride ticket” which costs around ¥400-500 per ride. On average, beginners only take the chairlifts 4-5 times the entire weekend. Some beginners, not at all!
- We will try to accommodate all dietary requirements. However, we are unable to guarantee the hotel/lodge can cater for every meal.
- Soap, shampoo and rinse are provided in the bath (ofuro).
- You can send your gear by delivery service (takkyubin) to the lodge. Address will be provided upon request.
- You must check out of your room before 10am on Sunday (Dec 24), and put your belongings in the luggage room before going ski/snowboarding.
- Final details will be sent to the participants by email two days before the event.
